Player, Roster & Travel Requests

Many processes that previously required paper forms or emailed documents are now completed directly through PlayMetrics.

This includes player transfers, releases, club-pass requests, secondary registrations, and applicable travel requests. Clubs should initiate these actions directly in PlayMetrics rather than submitting the former paper forms.

Roster and player-action requests are processed Monday through Thursday.

To support weekend match operations, any non-emergency request requiring ASA review or approval for the upcoming weekend must be submitted through PlayMetrics by Thursday at 12:00 PM. Requests received after that deadline may not be reviewed until the following business week.
