ASA Referee Assigning – Assignr.com
Arkansas Soccer Association uses Assignr.com as the statewide referee assigning platform for ASA-managed leagues and competitions.
Assignr helps ASA, clubs, assignors, and referees manage game assignments, coverage, communication, and match-day operations. The platform also works alongside PlayMetrics to help keep league schedules and referee assignments connected.
How Assignr Is Used
ACSL – Arkansas Competitive Soccer League + Academy Leagues
ACSL + Academy League referee assignments are managed through Assignr.com. ASA also processes referee payments for these matches through Assignr.
CARL – Central Arkansas Recreational League
CARL referee assignments are also managed through Assignr.com; however, CARL referee payments are not processed by ASA through Assignr. The host/home club remains responsible for paying its referees.
Home Club Responsibilities
For both ACSL and CARL, the home club is responsible for referee coverage for its home matches.
Each club must:
- Maintain a designated Certified Referee Assignor
- Make sure ASA has the correct assignor contact information on file
- Ensure its assignor receives accurate game information
- Confirm referee coverage before match day
- Work directly with its assignor if a game does not have adequate coverage
