May 9-11, 2025 (Opening Weekend) – Various Locations, generally in the vicinity of the higher seed
May 16-18, 2025 (Championship Weekend) @ the new Conway Soccer Complex
The 11U-14U Arkansas State Championships is the pathway for the 13U-14U Boys & Girls team to participate in the US Youth Soccer Nationals Championships & Presidents Cup. Teams must participate in, and complete their schedule, in the Arkansas Competitive Soccer League or the USYS National League ( Mid-South Conference, Frontier Conference, etc.) to be eligible to enter the 11U-14U State Championships.

Beginning with the Spring Arkansas State Championships ASA will be utilizing Squadi as our registration and event management platform.
Virtual trainings will be held leading up to the event to guide you through this process.
Digital rosters and player cards will be required for this tournament
Roster Freeze Deadline
birth certificates, and passport style photo for all players will be required to be uploaded prior to roster freeze deadline.
Coaches, Team Mangers, and DOC’s will require a passport style photo. All Clearances( Background Checks, SafeSport, CDC Heads Up ) will be checked against GotSport

Terms and Conditions for Arkansas Soccer State Championships
1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Arkansas Soccer State Championships (“the Event”). By participating in or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional rules or regulations set forth by the Arkansas Soccer Association (ASA) and event organizers. The Event is open to qualified teams, coaches, players, and spectators, and these Terms apply to all parties involved.
2. Eligibility:
a. Players: To participate in the Arkansas Soccer State Championships, players must be registered with ASA comply with the eligibility requirements, including age , as applicable.
b. Teams: Teams must be officially registered with ASA and have competed in and completed a qualifying league and submit all required documentation, such as team rosters, birth verification, player photos, and other necessary forms, as specified by ASA.
c. Coaches and Officials: Coaches and officials must meet the certification and training requirements established by ASA to ensure compliance with event rules.
3. Registration and Fees:
a. All teams and individuals must complete the registration process through Squadi, before the registration deadline.
b. Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. No team will be allowed to participate without completing the registration and payment requirements.
c. Teams and individuals are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4. Code of Conduct:
a. Players: Players must exhibit sportsmanship, respect for officials, coaches, teammates, and opponents. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsportsmanlike may result in suspension or disqualification from the Event.
b. Coaches and Officials: Coaches and officials are expected to act with integrity, fairness, and respect, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. Disrespectful behavior or misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
c. Spectators: Spectators are expected to follow the ASA Code of conduct and support players and teams in a positive manner.
Any disruptive, offensive, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the Event venue.Any violation of the code of conduct can lead to penalties, including but not limited to disqualification, suspension, or removal from the Event.
5. Event Rules and Regulations:
The Event will be governed by the official rules of the Arkansas Soccer Association and other relevant soccer organizations, such as USYS, US Soccer or FIFA, depending on the level of play. All participants, including players, coaches, and officials, must familiarize themselves with the specific Event rules, as well as those teams who opt to advance to USYS National Championships and USYS Presidents Cup. These include player eligibility, game formats, substitution rules, field specifications, and match procedures.
6. Health and Safety
a. Medical Care: Medical personnel will be available on-site during the Event to provide first aid and emergency care if necessary.
b. Insurance: While all properly registered players, coaches and team staff are covered under secondary insurance, It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they have adequate medical insurance. ASA and the Event organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in the Event.
c. Injury Reporting: All injuries should be reported immediately to Event medical staff and the designated tournament official. Players who have sustained injuries, specifically head injuries, may be required to provide a medical clearance before returning to play.
7. Liability Waiver: By registering for and participating in the Arkansas Soccer State Championships, you release and hold harmless the Arkansas Soccer Association, the Event organizers, sponsors, officials, volunteers, and all affiliated entities from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities that may arise from participation in the Event. This includes personal injury, property damage, or any other loss sustained before, during, or after the Event.
8. Media and Likeness: By participating in the Event, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, and likeness by ASA and its partners for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and broadcast media. Participants waive any right to compensation or royalties for the use of such media.
9. Event Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. Event Cancellation: ASA reserves the right to cancel the Event, or any portion of it, in the event of extreme weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, ASA will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative solutions to participants.
b. Rescheduling: ASA may reschedule matches or events due to weather conditions or other logistical issues. Participants will be notified of changes as soon as possible.
10. Disqualification and Penalties Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or violation of event rules may result in the disqualification of a team or individual from the Event. Disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, fines, suspensions, or removal from the Event, may be imposed at the discretion of the ASA and Event officials.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the policies of ASA, USYS, and US Soccer and laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event or interpretation of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Arkansas Soccer Association.
12. Amendment of Terms: The Arkansas Soccer Association reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants prior to the Event, and continued participation in the Event will be considered acceptance of the modified Terms.
