Adult players must have an ASSA player pass. The player pass must have the player's picture and signature. Player passes will be provided to the association's registrar once a team is approved and proper payment is received.

Players must be on registered and approved ASSA teams playing other registered/approved ASSA teams in order for their insurance to be in effect.
International Clearance - All players who moved to the United States after his/her 17th birthday MUST complete the International Clearance form in order to compete in a Regional or National tournament. You only need to submit the International Clearance form once and it is good for life.
Amateur Reinstatement Form - If you ever played for a professional team you must complete the amateur reinstatement form in order to compete in an amateur tournament.
