Utah Youth Soccer Association to Participate in FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship with 16 other State Associations
Tuesday, June 16, 2020 -- Today, 17 state youth soccer associations are partnering to launch the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship. This tournament will feature the best youth players from each state.
The six-day FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship features the top 13U-17U players from each state association in a free single-elimination tournament. The tournament will be held from July 13-15 for PS4 players and from July 16-18 for XBOX players. The top two XBOX and PS4 players who compete in the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship will receive adidas cleats and the champion will receive an additional prize.
To qualify for the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship, players must be registered with their state association and they must compete in a state-run tournament before July 12. The following states are competing in the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship:

- New York State West Youth Soccer Association
- Ohio North Youth Soccer Association

- South Texas Youth Soccer Association
- Utah Youth Soccer Association
- Washington Youth Soccer
- Wyoming Youth Soccer
"There is great collaboration between the state associations, always sharing ideas and best practices, and with so many are already running their own FIFA tournament we felt it would be a great idea to come together for the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship," said Garrett Cleverly, Arizona Soccer Association Director of Communications. "It is going to be a thrilling few weeks watching players from across the United States qualify for the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Tournament."
Throughout the FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship, select matches will be streamed on Twitch.

Utah Youth Soccer Association will be hosting their qualifying tournament from July 6th to July 8th. Registration information will be shared in the upcoming days. “We are excited to be participating in FIFA-FEST: eSeries Championship. This will be the first tournament of this nature that Utah will run for its own members,” says Marketing and Media Manager, Jen Rader. “We are excited for what that will mean for the future of eSports within our state.”
