The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

U.S. Soccer Heading Questionnaire

U.S. Soccer has developed the following survey to carefully examine the implementation of the 2015 U.S. Soccer guidelines with regard to purposeful heading of a soccer ball in youth players. In addition to gaining insight into your particular team and region where you play, we're interested in gaining information as to how you've implemented the new guidelines (if you have) and as to what extent purposeful heading is part of your practice and game routines. The final section of the survey involves concussions in soccer and the need to gain some valuable feedback from those working directly with youth athletes.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Thanks in advance for your efforts and feedback.
