
FRISCO, Texas (Nov. 1, 2017) – With only one month remaining, two North Texas teams lead their respective US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Premier League (SRPL) West divisions as FC Dallas Youth 00 Boys leads the 18-Under Boys division and Fever United 01 leads the 17-Under Girls division.
The SRPL is comprised of competitive teams in the Under-13 through Under-19 boys and girls age groups in Region III playing in league format. Division winners receive a bid to the US Youth Soccer Region III Championships and winners from select age groups qualify for the prestigious US Youth Soccer National League. The West division is comprised of teams from North Texas, Oklahoma and South Texas.

14-Under Boys
OK Energy FC Central 04 (OK) will take home the 14-Under Boys title after finishing a perfect 9-0 while scoring 29 goals and conceding seven. After that, the rest of the standings are up in the air with Dallas Kicks 04 Selecao (TX-N) having the inside track on second place thanks to a 3-1-2 record with three games to play. Dallas Texans 04 Fort Worth (TX-N) currently sits in sixth with a 2-3-1 record.
14-Under Girls
OK Energy FC Central 04 (OK) holds the top spot in the 14-Under Girls age group with a 4-1-3 record, but will have to fend off North Texas sides D’feeters 04 Voutier (TX-N) and FC Dallas Youth 04 Blue (TX-N) with one month remaining. D’feeters (4-1-2) are one point back from OK Energy, but will play one more game, while FC Dallas (4-1-1) is only two points back from OK Energy and have two games in hand. D’feeters earned a 2-1 win against OK Energy FC Central earlier in the season, while FC Dallas fought the Oklahoma side to a 1-1 draw.
15-Under Boys
OK Energy FC Central 03 (OK) is in firm control of the 15-Under Boys division thanks to a 6-0-2 record with defending North Texas State Cup champions FC Premier 03 (TX-N) and FC Dallas Youth 03 Premier (TX-N) in second and third place respectively.
15-Under Girls
Lonestar SC 03 (TX-S) is the current leader in the 15-Under Girls age group due to a 7-1 record, but defending SRPL West champions Liverpool 03 Elite (TX-N) is in second place with a 6-0-1 record while playing one game less than Lonestar. Sting West 03 Khan (TX-N) is the only side to have won every game, as the 2017 North Texas State Cup semifinalists sports a 5-0 record with six games remaining.
16-Under Boys
Defending US Youth Soccer National Champions Solar 02 Stricker (TX-N) trails OK Energy FC Central 02 (OK) by three points with a 5-1-1 record, but the defending North Texas State Cup champions have played one less game and hold a head-to-head tie-breaker thanks to a 6-2 win in August. FC Dallas Youth 02 Premier (TX-N) has only played six games, but a 4-1-1 record and a 2-0 win over the defending champs put the 2017 North Texas State Cup semifinalists in the position to potentially jump both teams ahead of them.
16-Under Girls
Lonestar SC 02 Red (TX-S) is the current 16-Under Girls leader thanks to a perfect 6-0 record. Sparta FC Elite (TX-N) is currently in third place, but the North Texas side holds a 4-0 record, while defending US Youth Soccer Region III Championships finalists Solar Chelsea 02 Naizer (TX-N) is right behind due to a 4-1 record.
17-Under Boys
OK Energy FC Central 01 (OK) holds a commanding lead in the 17-Under Boys age group with a 7-0-1 record. 2017 Region III Championships quarterfinalists Solar 01 Stricker find themselves in second place with a 4-1-1 record, and defending Region III Championships finalists and 2017 North Texas State Cup champions Solar 01 Sawyer sit in third with a 3-0-3 record.
17-Under Girls
It’s hard to have a much more successful campaign so far then Fever United 01 Guerra (TX-N), as the defending SRPL champs sport a 7-0 record while scoring 17 goals and failing to concede one so far. Right behind Fever is Lonestar SC 01 (TX-S) with a 6-0 record. The two sides will meet November with a spot in the 2018 Region III Championships potentially on the line. Last season’s SRPL west runner-up Sting East 01 Dunstan (TX-N) is currently in third with a 5-1-1 record.
18-Under Boys
The 18-Under Boys division will see two FC Dallas sides fight it out for the title and a spot in the 2018 Region III Championships. Each side has won all of their games, with the exception of the 1-1 draw that occurred between the two sides. FC Dallas Youth 00 Boys has scored 21 goals while conceding fours, while defending Region III Champions and National Championships finalists FC Dallas Youth 00 Premier has scored 19 goals and only surrendered three. Liverpool 00 Keegan (TX-N) and Solar 00 Wells (TX-N) round out the top four.
18-Under Girls
Austin Texans 00 (TX-S) leads the 18-Under Girls age group courtesy of a 4-0 record, but 2017 Region III Championships quarterfinalists D’feeters Kicks SC 00 (TX-N) and Dallas Texans 00 Black FTW (TX-N) are 3-1 and still have to play Austin Texans.
19-Under Boys
OK Energy FC Central 99 (OK) has already clinched the 19-Under Boys age group thanks to a 7-0-1 record. 2015 National Championships semifinalists Dallas Texans 99 Red (TX-N) and 2017 Region III Championships semifinalists Solar 99 Sawyer (TX-N) will battle for second place in the group.
19-Under Girls
OK Energy FC 99 (OK) took home the 19-Under Girls title thanks to an undefeated record, while defending SRPL West champions Solar 99 Grado (TX-N) and Solar 99 Smith (TX-N) finished second and third respectively.
