The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Tryout Registration is open! New Dates for younger groups!

WHY ODP?

The purpose of the Idaho ODP program is to identify and select the BEST players in Idaho play in the Olympic Development Program. Due to the newly formed strategic partnership with Major League Soccer and US Youth Soccer. This will have an incredible impact on the overall youth player development pipeline in our country. The strength of MLS combined with the largest youth sport organization in America creates a partnership that allows every player in the US an equal opportunity to fulfill their goals and succeed on, and off, the field of play. ODP alums such as Blake Bodily, Terrell Lowe, Adrian Arguello, Tevin Lowe, Zach Moss, Alan Casey, Trent Lowe, and Sawyer Luthy have moved to Portland to play for the Timbers. US National Teams have also featured Idaho ODP alums, including Sofia Huerta, Kelcie Hedge, Kelsey Turnbow, and Grace Hancock. These pioneers helped pave the way for this new development pipeline.

News Release on Partnership

Idaho ODP players also understand that to meet their goals to play college soccer, they have to build a resume that makes them stand out, shows that they seek out challenging environments, and want to play with/against the best. Idaho alum have gone to D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and Junior Colleges across the country.

All players need to register for tryouts through GotSoccer visit website HERE.

Please do your best to attend the appropriate ODP tryout session for your age group, but contact your age group head coach with any needs/requests. For more information regarding ODP, please click on the Olympic Development Program button below.

If for some reason you cannot attend the tryout, you still need to register for tryouts. Please contact your age group head coach ASAP and let them know you want to play but cannot make the tryout, but have registered and will be on the list. I would also include a note on any previous ODP participation, as well as contact information for your club/school coaches. Not being able to make the tryout does not preclude you from making the ODP State Team, but it can make it more difficult.
