
FRISCO, Texas (April 22, 2019) - Solar 02 Castro, DFeeters 03 Black and Solar SC West 00 B. Williams became the seventh, eighth and ninth North Texas Soccer teams to clinch US Youth Soccer National League Frontier Conference titles and secure a trip to the 2019 US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Championships.
For 16-Under Girls DFeeters, it is the third consecutive time the North Texas side took home the regional title, while for 17-Under Boys Solar 02 Castro and 19-Under Girls Solar West 00, this marked the first time each side has won the Frontier Conference.

The US Youth Soccer National League Frontier Conference is one of 13 Conferences under the US Youth Soccer National Leagues Program in the Multi-State Tier. North Texas teams in the Frontier Conference compete against each other in conjunction with the Chamber Classic League and Lake Highlands Classic League.
The Frontier Conference consists of teams primarily from Oklahoma, North Texas and South Texas. The top teams in the Conference will earn advancement to the US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Championship, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, as well as a chance to earn a coveted spot in the National Tier of the Leagues Program, the US Youth Soccer National League. Last season, four North Texas Soccer teams claimed titles.
16-Under Girls
DFeeters 03 Black sported a 3-1 record heading into the spring, and the defending Southern Regional Champions defeated Dallas Texans 03 Dallas 2-1 in March before earning a 1-0 victory against Lonestar SC 03 Red (TX-S) and a 6-0 win against Austin Texans 03 (TX-S) in April to secure a first place finish. DFeeters will next compete in the 2019 North Texas State Cup, where it last won in 2017 before heading to Baton Rouge, La. in June to defend its Southern Regional Championship title.
17-Under Boys
After going a perfect 7-0 in fall games, Solar 02 Castro clinched its first National League Frontier Conference title with a 1-0 win against ID Club Division 02 (TX-S), before falling to Rise SC 02 Elite (TX-S) 1-0 in final game of the season. Solar 02 Castro is also in contention to book its first trip to the 2019 US Youth Soccer National Championships, as they currently sits in first place of the National League White Division with one game remaining.
19-Under Girls
Solar West 00 Williams put forth one of the most impressive performances across all age groups in the National League Frontier Conference as the North Texas side finished with a 6-0 record while scoring 14 goals and only conceding one. Solar earned wins against DFeeters 00 North and DFeeters Kicks SC 00 to move to 5-0 in the age group. Solar would then claim a victory over Revolution 00 Duarte in a winner-take-all final game of the season.
