Sandy, Utah – Ogden City Soccer Club has announced the first round of players to its roster to
day. They are Milan Iloski from UCLA, Blake Frischknecht from UVU and has resigned Jarom Farnsworth who most recently graduated from Faulkner University.
Ogden City Soccer Club will continue to announce players every Thursday until April 25th on it’s social media platforms. Below is a bio each player.
Jarom Farnsworth
Jarom is returning to OCSC for a second season after being third on team with 3 goals and tied for most assists with 2. He played in 13 games of 14 games for OCSC. Jarom most recently played at Faulkner University and is currently on the coaching staff as a grad assistant. At Faulkner his senior season he was First Team All-Conference after leading his team with 10 goals and became the all-time leading scorer in Faulkner history with 45. He also received NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, which he was the first player in school history to do so. Jarom is also an alum of Utah Youth Soccer Association.
Blake Frischknecht
As junior Blake led Utah Valley with six goals and 13 points overall ... played in all 18 matches, starting 16 ... named to the All-WAC second team and to the All-Far West Region third team ... scored a goal in each of the first two games, both 4-0 win, over Evansville and Florida Atlantic ... also had an assist against Evansville ... had a brace in a 2-1 win over UT Rio Grande Valley, earning the game-winner ... also scored in a 2-0 win over Seattle U and at Grand Canyon.
Milan Iloski
In 2018 Milan appeared in 13 games as a true sophomore, making 11 starts … Recorded three goals and two assists for eight points … Third on the team in scoring … Missed the first six games of the year after undergoing an appendectomy just before the season opener … Started the final 11 games of the campaign … Named an All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention after the season … Member of the Pac-12 All-Academic Team … Made his season debut on Sept. 22 at UC Santa Barbara … Scored two goals in his first four games, both game-winners … Netted his first goal of the season at California on Sept. 27, then found the back of the net on Oct. 4 against Washington … Had a season-high three points at Oregon State on Oct. 28, scoring a goal and adding an assist … Posted a season-high six shots in that Oct. 28 contest in Corvallis … Was 15th in the Pac-12 in goals per game (0.23) and 16th in points per game (0.62).
Milan has competed for U-19 and U-18 Men's National team.
