2018 US Youth Soccer National Championships


Your help is needed

Games will be played July 24 - 29, 2018 - Toyota Soccer Center.

North Texas Soccer will be hosting the US Youth Soccer National Championship from July 23 – 29 at the Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco, Texas.

The US Youth Soccer National Championship serves as the crown jewel of competitive youth soccer as the nation’s top 96 youth soccer teams, in the 13U through 19U Boys and Girls age groups, compete for the US Youth Soccer National Championship title.

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks from July 21 – 29:

July 21 - 23 setup of the complex.

  • 8:30 am -12:30 pm - (ages 16 and over) will need 10 - 15 volunteers to assist with setting up banners, tents (65 pounds each) and moving boxes.
     

July 24 - 29

  • Field Marshals (ages 21 and over) - Monitor all activities on the fields during game times, watch for any potential issues or conflicts that may arise, and notify tournament staff of any issues
  • Hydration Crews (ages 16 and over) - will be filling 10-gallon coolers with ice and water for the teams and referee area.  You will be lifting coolers that weight 40 pounds during your time slot
  • Statistician (age 16 and over) entering stats into a iPad - goal scores, goal kicks, corners, etc. need to have basically knowledge of game.
  • VIP Area - Checking credentials and assisting with restocking drinks and food. Food and drinks will be provided by US Youth Soccer. 
  • Tear down the last day (ages 16 and over) removing all of the banner, tents, tables and chairs from the event
  • Ball Kids (completed 3rd grade and over)
     

All of the volunteers will receive a t-shirt that be worn to identify all of the volunteers on the complex and we will provide snacks and its recommended that you bring a water bottle that can be refilled at any of the coolers at the team bench areas. 

Parking - Free parking in the Red Lot - map will be provided after you signup.
