2018 Spring Season Reminders
Referee Fees
The Basics
All teams participating in the SCL, IRL, X-League are required to pay their seasonal referee fees before the start of the league. Your team’s referee fee price is based off of the age group, division and the number of games that they are participating in.

Each team coach and team manager will be sent a link before the beginning of the season that is specific to their bracket and fee amount. By clicking on that link you will be directed to an Affinity page to pay your referee fees.

Payments for referee fees are due by March 16, 2018. Any fees paid AFTER that date will have a $25 fee added to the total.

U15 & U11-U14 Premier Division - if your team participated in the U15 league or the U11-U14 premier divisions you do not need to pay your referee fees for spring. You already paid your fees in the fall.

If you are new (spring) to either the U15 year round league or the U11-U14 premier divisions then you do have to pay your fees. You can do so by following the instructions below.
How To Pay

Using the link you received in your email click the grey “Register” button at the bottom of the screen

On the right hand side enter your UYSA Username and Password

Click the “Login” button *Once you have logged in you will be on “Your Family Account Contact” page.

Scroll down past the Primary Account contact info and click on the “Continue” button (the continue button is located in the right hand corner above all of your family information) *Your family information will come up again

Click on the Register Button to the right of the individual you are registering as the “Event Manager” (Please select yourself or an adult that is listed as a Coach or Administrator on the roster, so that we can link your payment to your team(s). Please do not select your child that is a player on the team. It is easier to link the payment with a team when a Coach or Administrator from the roster

Click on the “Event Box” to register - ex. 2018 Spring SCL Ref Fees

Verify your Information

Enter your team ID Number as it shows in Affinity (ex., 0123-01XB10-1234)

Enter your Team Name as it shows in Affinity

Click the “Save” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Click the “I Accept” box on the ELA screen for the Photo Release Waiver, and then click “Agree & Continue”

Select the “Payment Method”
Once you have completed the payment you will continue to the screen where printing your receipt or ELA is an option. If you are mailing in a check, please make sure you include a copy of your receipt.
Rescheduling Games
The Basics

Teams are allowed to initiate (2) two total reschedules for the entire season(with or without fee)

Reschedules completed BEFORE March 16, 2018 will have no fee

Reschedules completed AFTER March 16, 2018 will cost $50 each
*Once the rescheduled game is posted on the UYSA schedule you will know that the reschedule has been completed.

Reschedules must be completed (5) five days before the original scheduled date

Before clicking the reschedule request button, the HOME team must have field and referee approval

The team initiating the reschedule should be the one clicking the reschedule button
If you are rescheduling for weather, no referees, or unplayable fields, DO NOT click the reschedule button. Send the reschedule request information to scheduler@utahyouthsoccer.net
Processing the Reschedule in Affinity
- Contact the opposing team via email requesting reschedule- provide multiple dates and times for reschedule
- After reschedule dates have been agreed on between both teams and the HOME team has confirmed with home assignor and home field assignor that new dates are available, complete the reschedule in Affinity.
- Log into your UYSA Affinity account
- Make sure that your picture has a red highlight around it
- Click on the TEAMS tab
- Click Tournament and Schedule Apps
- Click Schedules/Game Scoring on the right hand side (by the team you are rescheduling on behalf of)
- Click on the Reschedule button by the game number
- Enter ALL information in the drop down menu (Date, Time (AM or PM), Field Name & Number)
- Click Send Request
- The opposing team must log into their Affinity account and click the Accept Request button to complete the reschedule
When the league schedule has been updated with the new reschedule, you will know that it has been complete.
UYSA reserves the right to move games back to original dates, times and locations if teams did not follow the correct steps.
