The Opponents
Legends FC 00 Academy (CA-S)
Solar will have its hands full from the very beginning when it takes on 2015 US Youth Soccer Region IV and National Champions Legends FC 00. The Southern California side has already played two seasons in the National League and has intentions of using a National League title to return to the National Championships after failing to qualify in 2015.
Greater Seattle Surf 00A (WA)
Solar’s second straight Region IV test will be against Washington side Greater Seattle Surf. Like Solar, Surf is a National League newcomer, and both sides will look to get the upper hand heading into day three.
FC Alliance (TN)
FC Alliance and Solar will square-off on the third day in a battle of teams with a lot in common. Like Solar, FC Alliance is playing its first National League season, won a 2015-16 SRPL division title and reached the group stage of the 2016 Region III Championships.
Cleveland FC (OH-N)
Solar will wrap up the weekend with a match against Region II side Cleveland FC. After a brief hiatus in the 2015-16 season, the 2016 US Youth Soccer Ohio-North State Cup winners will look to build off a third place finish in the 2014-15 National League Blue Division.
