The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Summer is winding down; school is starting and Fall 2019 season is right around the corner. Time is at a premium! We can’t get more of it, so let’s work on some ways to help save it.

Thanks to Intermountain Healthcare, here are 7 Food Prep Tips that are sure to save time and help keep you and your family on track with healthy eating as we make our way into the fall season!

  1. Buy food storage containers in a variety of sizes.
  2. Do your meal prepping on a weekend when you have extra time.
  3. Keep it simple with a familiar recipe.
  4. Divide your meal up into 1 to 2 cup portions in your containers.
  5. Store veggies separately for side dishes.
  6. Use smaller containers for fruits, snacks and breakfast.
  7. Decide if your meals with go in the freezer or fridge.
