New Soccer Stadium for Hoosier State is Our Goal
Indy Eleven and Indiana Soccer push for a stadium
There is nothing more exhilarating than being on the sidelines as your team scores a goal, surrounded by others who share the same passion for the sport. Indiana is full of soccer fans – and players – who understand that the sport is best experienced together as a community. It’s why Indy Eleven sold out all of its home games in its inaugural year.
Indiana Soccer fully supports the expansion of soccer through a proposal that would lead to creating a world-class home for soccer in the Hoosier State. Indy Eleven’s proposal now before the Indiana General Assembly is seeking approval from legislators for an 18,500-seat multipurpose stadium to be built in the heart of Indianapolis.
Stadium Creates Opportunities for All Soccer Players
This venue will host more than 50 events annually, such as sports at the professional, collegiate, high school and youth levels, as well as other community events, festivals and concerts, making it a place all Hoosiers will enjoy visiting. These events will help drive economic growth in Indiana, with a multipurpose outdoor venue adding to the downtown sports and entertainment engine in Indianapolis.
Best of all, the cost for building the stadium at $82 million will be paid for only by those who attend events. If you never venture to Indy for a game or event, you pay nothing. That means no new taxes at the state or local level, nor will it divert taxpayer dollars from other services.

Hoosier Fans Called to Help
You understand the positive impact soccer has on many lives, particularly our children – which is why your help is needed. Garnering a show of support from across the state is perhaps the most important aspect of the upcoming process at the Indiana Statehouse. Ersal Ozdemir, the owner of Indy Eleven who heads the development and construction firm Keystone Group, is building upon a vision with soccer fans in mind. To that end, we hope you can visit the
“Support” section of stadiumforindiana.com and take just a few moments to contact your representatives at the Indiana Statehouse and prove that this is a priority for the entire soccer community across Indiana.
Indy Eleven and Indiana Soccer believe this new stadium will not only provide the experience that fans deserve, but that it will also be a home for soccer that the children in our clubs will one day aspire to play in. Please take the time to get educated on the project at www.stadiumforindiana.com, so that you can help us ensure the legacy of soccer in Indiana for generations to come.
