INDIANA SOCCER CONCLUDES THE 2016 CHALLENGE CUP AND 1ST PART OF THE PRESIDENTS CUPS PRELIMS

Indiana Soccer concluded the 2016 Challenge Cup and the first weekend of the 2016 Presidents Cup Preliminary Rounds in which over 300 teams participated.  A total of 522 games were played at the beautiful facility of Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana. 

"Despite the weather, it is always a pleasure to be able to put together a high quality event for our affiliated members. It is great to see coaches, parents and referees, taking their positive roles for players to be able to demonstrate their talent and passion for the game," Indiana Soccer's Cups Director, Angel Hall, stated.  

Indiana Soccer experienced great competition in the Challenge Cup for Boys and Girls U11 - U17 divisions. A total of 426 games were played and 72 teams will advance to the Finals Weekend, which will be hosted at Columbus, Indiana on June 3 -5, 2016.    

For the Presidents Cup, 96 games were played and a total of 16 teams for Boys and Girls U11 and U12 divisions are already determined for the Finals Weekend in Columbus, Indiana on June 3-5.  The rest of the divisions will be determined on May 20-22.
