Redesign to Reflect Indiana Soccer’s Partnership with Indy Eleven, Highlight Both Organizations’ Commitment to Promoting the Sport & Supporting Development of Children across State of Indiana
Indiana Soccer Association would like to thank all of those who contributed in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 to promote the game we all love and bring more opportunities to children in Indiana via the specialty license plate program.   The association has sold over 1,000 plates these past four years and is looking ahead to the continual success of the program.
Indiana Soccer is excited to start its fifth year of the program by partnering with Indy Eleven, Indiana’s professional soccer team competing in the North American Soccer League. Both organizations believe this partnership will continue reinforcing their joint commitment to growing the game and developing the skills of Indiana’s youth both on and off the field.
Indiana Soccer is committed to utilize the proceeds to continue serving the growth of soccer in any and every form possible. Recently, Indiana Soccer announced the creation of Indiana Futsal, which will govern the burgeoning game across the State of Indiana and bring exciting opportunities for current members and non-members to participate.
Indiana Soccer and Indy Eleven would like you to consider obtaining your newly designed soccer specialty license plate to demonstrate your support of the beautiful game and Indiana’s Team! Please be mindful that the revenues generated as a result of your generosity will benefit several outreach programs that involve hundreds of children around the State of Indiana.
NOTICE: You may purchase the Indiana Soccer plate at any Indiana BMV license branch or certified partner location. If you already have an Indiana Soccer plate and are renewing your registration, you will not receive the new plate design until you are scheduled by the BMV to receive a new metal plate.  However, you may request, at any time, the new design by paying a minimum additional plate swap fee.
The Indiana Soccer plate may be registered on passenger cars, trucks up to 11,000 lb., motorcycles, and recreational vehicles. The plate may be purchased for $40, with $25 being returned to Indiana Soccer.
For the months of September members with last names beginning with the following letters will have a chance to select the new Indiana Soccer / Indy Eleven specialty plate when renewing your license plate.

PATU, PONT, PONU, REDM, REDN, ROBE, ROBF, SANC and School or Special Purpose Bus.

Low Digit Plate:  A low digit plate (numbers 1 – 100) can be secured for an additional fee. The fee charged by the BMV is due upon first issuance and again at the beginning of the new plate life cycle in 2017.   If you are interested in securing a low digit plate, please contact Paco Espinosa at
The BMV requires that you produce a signed, low-digit release form from Indiana Soccer in order to complete your request for a low-digit plate.  Below are the low digit numbers currently available.  Hurry, the low digit plates are running out!
48, 49, 52, 59, 89 and 92.
Note: If the number you request is available, Indiana Soccer will send you a signed release authorizing you to use the low digit number.  Once you receive the authorized form, the form should be presented to any local BMV license branch or certified partner location, thus allowing BMV to produce your specialty/low digit plate.
