FC EVANSVILLE SHOOTING STARS G-U17 WINS THE US YOUTH SOCCER FAIR PLAY AWARD AT THE NATIONALS PRESIDENTS CUP

FC Evansville Shooting Stars wins the FAIR PLAY award for U17G at the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup games after participating in the 2014 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup in Greenville, S.C.

Indiana Soccer is proud of the girls that played with dignity finishing 3rd in the competition with a final record of 1-2-0. 

The event will feature 40 US Youth Soccer Boys and Girls teams in the Under-13 through Under-17 age groups that have earned their way to the National Presidents Cup via success in their respective US Youth Soccer Regional Presidents Cup events.

The National Presidents Cup featured teams from 20 US Youth Soccer State Associations: Eastern Pennsylvania, South Texas, California-South, Kansas, North Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, New York West, Washington, Utah, Alaska, Missouri, Ohio-South, Nevada, New Hampshire, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Indiana and Virginia.

The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is designed for teams seeking additional challenges to play for a national title against teams of similar abilities. The cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to teams that might not otherwise get the opportunity to participate in a series of unique experiences highlighting competition, camaraderie and community from the state to regional to national levels of US Youth Soccer.  Learn more about results from the 2014 US Youth Soccer Regional Presidents Cup events:
