Fall State Cup Day 1

Sandy, UT (10/18/2017)

Fall State Cup is officially underway! There were 22 games played last night. It was a beautiful night at the RAC and the perfect way to start Fall State Cup. The games were great with tons of goals, fantastic saves, and multiple tight games. The U16-U19 boys age groups always leave it all out on the field and the tackles come in hard and the celebrations even harder.

If you missed last night's action don't worry we are back at it tonight starting at 4:00pm with last kick starting at 8:00pm. Be sure to check out our two great food trucks, as well bring your donations for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Clothing Drive.

We will see you there!

Game Recaps

16U

A fantastic match kicked off at 8 between Region IV Presidents Cup Champs VKCOBRAS and last year's State Cup Champs and pre-tournament favorite La Roca. VKCOBRAS started the game off well and made it 1-0 on a fantastically taken penalty kick. Later in the first half La Roca TJ had a penalty kick of their own which was saved. La Roca TJ got a goal in the second half to make it 1-1 and they shared the points.

17U

Most of the group favorites won, including Sparta 01 Jk last year's champion. However La Roca S AB looked the most impressive with a 5-1 win over Copper Mountain.

18U

Highest scoring game of the group was a fantastic 4-2 game between Sparta 00 DM and USA Premier GG, with Sparta coming out on top.

19U

19U was the most lopsided group of the night with only 2 games featuring goals from both teams, a 7-1 win for Utah Rangers FC 99 and the only close game a 3-2 win for Liverpool FC over BE United.
