Last weekend at the Region IV (RIV) meetings in Lake Tahoe, NV Idaho Youth Soccer Technical Director Steve Adlard was elected by his peers to be the Chair of the newly formed RIV Coaches' Committee. Adlard's responsibilities will include advising RIV ODP head coaches Jerry Smith and Matt Mennel on ODP issues, advising the Far West Regional League Commission, advising the regional council comprised of RIV State Presidents, act as a liason with USSF and USYS, and developing programs for RIV.
