2017 Fall SCL, IRL X-League Medals (click here)
League Medals will be available for teams competing in the SCL, IRL, & X-League. (After Spring Season Medals will be available for Premier and U15 Brackets) This order is not for District or Double A teams. Only teams who have all their scores entered, games played, and in the proper standing of their division are eligible for medals. To ensure that your team receives the correct amount of medals and placement, please fill out the form completely.
Order limit is roster maximum and two coaches.
Medals can be picked up on or after Wednesday Nov 1st. (pick up is at 9159 S State Street in Sandy Utah)

There is a $16 fee if you would like your medals shipped to you. Please call the office at 801-307-5150 to make payment
Medal requests are due no later than November 30, 2017.
All medals must be picked up by December 18, 2017 .

Medals will be delivered to Terry Ogden over Thanksgiving, you can pick them up from him or call into the office and pay the shipping fee to receive them earlier.
