The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

2016 Southern Region Championships: Day 3 Recap

Day 3 of the US Youth Soccer Southern Regionals was the day in which many SC teams needed good results in order to advance to the knockout stages in order to continue their quest toward a Regional and National Championship.

Of the 19 SC Teams who started the event, 11 will advance and play their first knockout match either Monday or Tuesday.

U17B- CESA 98B Premier (Pool A winners) *Defending Region III Champion*
U17B- SCUFC 98B Elite (Pool D runner-up) *First Quarterfinal Appearance*
U17G- USA-MP 17G Premier (Pool A runner-up) *Fourth Consecutive Quarterfinal* 
U18B- USA-MP 16B Premier (Pool B runner-up) *Third Quarterfinal Appearance*
U18G- USA-MP 16G Premier (Pool B runner-up) *First Quarterfinal Appearance*
U19B- CESA 96B Premier (Pool A runner-up) Advancing to the semifinals Tuesday
U19G- CESA U19G (Pool B winners) Advancing to the semifinals Tuesday

Congrats to all of the teams above and we will be hoping to see you all continue your journey toward a Region III Championship!

For the 8 SC Teams that did not end up advancing, you all had an outstanding year. Being able to play for a Region III Championship is a big deal. Thousands of teams wanted to make it to this weekend's event, but you were one of just 206 teams who actually did!
