13-Under Boys Allegiance FC and 13-Under Girls Solar 07 Byars lead their respective US Youth Soccer Frontier Conference age groups after the first weekend of play. Games were played Jan. 11-12 at Gateway Park in Fort Worth, Texas.

Teams representing North Texas have already claimed nine Frontier Conference titles. In addition to the 13-Under Boys and Girls age groups, the 14-Under through 16-Under Girls age groups have yet to see a champion crowned. Games will resume Feb. 1-2 at Gateway Park.

Last season, North Texas teams claimed 12 of 14 Frontier Conference titles. The Frontier Conference is one of 13 Conferences under the US Youth Soccer National Leagues Program in the Multi-State Tier. North Texas teams in the Frontier Conference compete against each other in conjunction with the Chamber Classic League and Lake Highlands Classic League.

The Frontier Conference consists of teams primarily from Oklahoma, North Texas and South Texas. The top teams in the Conference will earn advancement to the US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Championship, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, as well as a chance to earn a coveted spot in the National Tier of the Leagues Program, the US Youth Soccer National League. Last season, four North Texas Soccer teams claimed titles.
